At Seus Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard lighting fixtures. Items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
