Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 5 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your light fixture leaves our warehouse.

Yes, all Seus Lighting products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components to ensure your home stays bright and safe.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If the fixture doesn't fit your space or style, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are your lights compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our chandeliers, pendants, and wall sconces are dimmable, provided you use compatible dimmable LED bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our glass and metal fixtures with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation services. We highly recommend hiring a certified licensed electrician to install your Seus Lighting fixtures to ensure compliance with local electrical codes.
